Purchasing my Nissan!

I recently purchased a Nissan X Trail from Mews'. It's early days and Covid prevents putting it through its paces, that said, I am very pleased with it! In these trying times, the 'live video' was a boon. David and the team do an excellent job of keeping the customer informed, responding promptly to a any question you may have! Based on my experiences so far I would certainly recommend them if you are in the market for a new car!

Having to Buy unseen due to COVID

I was very nervous about buying a second hand car especially unseen due to the COVID restrictions In place, I was fully assured and was dealt with professionally, all my quest were answered and they even added the missing tow bar part free of charge without me asking! Delivery was free and I was kept uptodate, I fully recommend the service provided to me, great follow up to.

I have just had one the the easiest car buying experiences ever! During covid lockdown - I was met off site with the vehicle and all of its paperwork and information was to hand. Communication following our first meet was excellent, and very accommodating. The vehicle was exactly as described on line. Delivery was made to my home at the time and day agreed. With the extra guarantee of a 3 month warranty AND a 14 day money back guarantee if we are unhappy with the vehicle. We are delighted with our purchase and the service we experienced. Very good place to buy a car

Friendly welcome with zero pressure. Nothing was to much trouble . Cars in lovely order and at good prices. I was offered a test drive and given the car history . I bought the car which I was very pleased with. Place is hidden away but definitely worth finding.

The owner is a very friendly and professional guy. He sells good quality vehicles and was happy for me to take the car out on my own, took my old car off my hands for a fair price. Very pleased with my purchase.

Trustworthy Dealer

I recently bought a Vauxhall Astra 1.6 Sri 3dr hatchback from Mews Motor Co.. I'm a keyworker & with the current coronavirus outbreak I was no longer prepared to use public transport as my daily commute due to the high risk of contracting the virus.. so I needed a car fast.. I looked on autotrader & called Mews Motor Co...the sale person I spoke with ( David ) was very helpful and reassuring.. I secured the car with a deposit & he sorted the delivery to my home address & I received the car that same week. This has honestly been the most pleasant & hassle free experience I've ever had in purchasing a car. I would definitely recommend Mews Motor Co. to anyone hoping to buy a car & as the good reviews depict they are a company you can trust.. well deserved - 5stars!!!

Honest delivery service

I recently bought a car from Mews Motor Company and it was delivered safely to my home address. Even though we are all currently in lockdown, the process was very easy and the service was brilliant. The car arrived just as it was described online. I would definitely recommend this dealership as they are very honest about their vehicles and having them delivered makes the experience incredibly simple and pleasurable!

Very stress free car purchase

Really stress free experience. Visited Mews motors with a specific car in mind. Saw it, test drove it, brought it. Not pushy on sales but attentive and customer service clearly a priority in the way they conduct their business. Would definitely recommend, or use again, (just hopefully not for a while!!)

Not pushy

Dreaded buying a new car and had been looking for months for a specific model. Met quite a few salesmen obviously, some, described in reviews as not pushy came across as totally disinterested. Not the case here, definitely not pushy but certainly interested, they were able to answer all and any questions. There was a rather obvious dent in a door which they were going to have fixed. When the car was picked up a week later the repair was invisible and it had a new MOT. Had the car nearly a month and so far, so good. I would certainly go back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mews Motor Company.

Great customer service and great cars

Went it late one day and the owner actually came back from his house to his shop to help us out. He wasn't pushy at all and left us with the car for as long as we needed. He was helpful with the admin and sorting out my part exchange, all round a great service. 10/10 would recommend.
